We segmented our users into 3 primary personas:

The Beginner Investor: Goal: Learn and start investing with small trades. Needs: Guidance, simple terminology, educational support. Pain point: Overwhelmed by market data and complex screens.

The Active Trader: Goal: Execute frequent trades efficiently. Needs: Quick access to charts, live data, and order placement. Pain point: Slow processes and multi-step navigation.

The Wealth Builder: Goal: Track portfolio performance for long-term growth. Needs: Easy portfolio insights, risk analysis, and market alerts. Pain point: Lack of consolidated portfolio overview.
